Manifest Lending Group began as an international, private real estate and commercial advisory company specializing in real estate capital transactions including senior debt, structured debt, bridge capital, mezzanine debt and joint venture equity in the early part of the century. Deal sizes ranged from$500,000 to $200 million plus. Our clients included some of the most active developers in the international arena. However with the downturn in the worldwide real estate market, Manifest Lending Group was forced to expand the portfolio of products it offers to our clients. We now act as an agent in the commodities market.
The founders of Manifest Lending Group have over 20 years of financing experience both domestically and internationally. Our extensive network has allowed us to smoothly transition into the commodities brokering business. We have access to sellers of the following commodities;
